Cyanotype Bandanas Workshop
In this workshop, we will:
Design and create trendy Cyanotype Bandanas, perfect for nature adventures and city ventures!
Learn about bandanas' history, origin, symbology, and the evolution of design patterns. We'll find connections to nature and modern Western culture and their role in revolutionary movements, solidarity, identity, and fashion.
Explore the cyanotype process as an artistic technique and its history, botanical influences, and applications.
Create three pieces: two on paper and one final masterpiece on a fabric bandana.
Through hands-on activities, experiment with objects, drawings, and pressed flowers to create unique cyanotype artworks on fabric and paper.
Create personalized designs by drawing inspiration from personal stories, symbolism, and creative influences.
The workshop fee includes all materials, cyanotype chemicals, pressed flowers, art supplies, and a white bandana for your design. Beverages and snacks are also included.
